In my attempt to gain admissions to your program, I felt that it would be fitting to present my work in this format. Given the interactive nature of web design, I have included several example sites that I have built for various companies. Since my foundation of art application is the ability to understand, discuss and apply the science of design, I have decided to include pieces from various medias I have done work for over the years. Work from both professional and personal life. The extent of my work will include illustrations, company emblems, promotional materials, display pieces, magazine pictorials, and line art. I want to draw attention to some of my various design approaches over the years and present the foundation I will build upon during my research.

Advertizing & Marketing
Advertizing pieces have always walked a fine line between function and form for me. I am always attempting equilibrium both while keeping my target audience in mind. I try to define the importance of who, what, when, where and why. I feel that if my approach has your attention, then I am on the right path.

Illustration
Before there was Adobe, Mac, programs or Wacom tablets; I had a pencil in my hand. Over the years I had developed my craft while exploring the various mediums in Fine Arts. I found myself gravitating towards what many artist would consider the foundation of the creative process, illustration.

Logos& Identities
When I create a logo, I treat it as a window for the viewing audience. Building an identity for a company, person, title, or place has to leave an impression. One that is as fluid and memorable as what it is representing.
